Cyber Crime - downloading Full Body Scanner mobile application

I was downloading Full Body Scanner mobile application from google chrome, in which it reveals the nude pics of the person. While downloading it, my mobile get hacked. So, should I report this to cyber crime? I'm afraid that police will put FIR against me for downloading these types of mobile application which are threat to women safety.

You should not report voluntarily anything to the Police. There are so many websites wherein you will get such Auto photos and it is not your fault.
