A.Dear Client,
mental harassment by parents is a punishable offence under Indian Laws. you can register an FIR with the true facts with the police and collect the evidences. Police will call your parents at police station and they may give warning to your parents. After you make take that matter to court by filing private case under section 200 of criminal procedure code for harrassment. You have to annex the copy of NC complaint and any other complaint to support your case. Court may take cognizance of your complaint and issue notice to your parents. And trial will start in the court. You have to prove your case by giving evidence of harassment. And if you able to prove your case court may punish your parents.
