while filing the itr i could see some amount that my previous company has claimed which was never ever credited to me. no entry is there in my bank statement as well. this amount is shown after I'd left the company. i want to sue them for eating up my salary... i used to do a lot of follow ups with the hr on the salary to which no one responded and later i saw this entry in the itr. i want to claim the highest amount as a penalty to them. please advice how can i do that and what could be the max amount. thanks
