Car sent for accidental claim to honda showroom and they take 12day for car denting and painting after that at the time of delivery i found the work done is not appropriate and colour and surface is not matching with the other body parts. After complaining about this they said me to leave my car if i want to resolve my problem and charged me around Rs2100 for file charges
After one week i visited the showroom to resolve the matters so they told me to leave the car and said these things happen not a big deal. I travalled 100kms just to make my car like new one it was just 5months old car.
They charge me more than file charges for insurance instead of zero depth insurance
So suggest me what actions should i take against them

A.Dear Sir,
Making issues with corporates may result in such inconveniences. Be smart with them and get your work done otherwise get issue legal notice and claim compensation for such irresponsible attitude by approaching Consumer Court.

A.Dear Client
Send a legal notice to the showroom and post that you can move the consumer forum for deficiency of services and get the refund in addition to compensation for harassment.

A.Dear Client,
complaint this issue to the head of the showroom. if this does not work then, file a complaint in consumer forum. please check with the insurance policy and other details before doing so.
