A.Dear Sir,
You may file permanent child custody case or get adoption deed from your ex-wife in the name of your second wife thus you can legalise child custody.

A.Dear Client
When you took the custody of your daughters was it done under a court order or as a written arrangement between your erstwhile wife and you? Either of the document will be good enough to prove that you have the custody. If there are no documents then when challenged then in court it will be proved as you have been having the custody since long.

A.Dear Client,
as you are living with your children after getting divorced, it seems like you got custody of your children through court orders and you might be having that copy of the court's order. this documents can be provided as a proof of custody.
