Not made refund on Balance of Advance Payment nor sent the products

I have made advance Payment of Rs 352000 for 300 pieces of a medical product to a party in Bhiwandi Maharashtra in March 2022. However, I have only received 150 pieces of the said product. Now the party is neither responding on calls/ emails not sending the balance products or making refund for balance payment. What further steps should I take or what are my the legal options before me to deal with this issue. Kindly assist. Thank you.

You may go to the Police Station and lodge a complaint for the offence of cheating or you may get issue a legal notice and then file a civil suit.

you can file a complaint against them in the state consumer forum. you can show the payment bills and goods received as the proofs.
