Due to some criminal charges police make me history sheeter criminal. And Juvenile board disposed all cases under the Juvenile act .
Now I am requesting for character certificate and removing my name in criminal records but police rejected my request. Kindly help how to get this.

A.Dear Sir,

You have to go to High Court and convince the court to remove your name from criminal records as your future is at stake.

A.Dear Client,
if no criminal case is pending against you, then character certificate can be issued. as long as your name appears in the criminal records, it will be difficult to get character certificate. you request the police by explaining your need for the certificate and try.

A.Dear Client
Has the Juvenile board cleared all the charges against you? If yes and there are no pending charges against you then the police is supposed to provide you the character certificate or else knock the door of Hon'ble High COurt.
