A.Once divorce is granted by the court of competent jurisdiction on mutual consent, then no one has any right to challenge that judgement granting divorce. After severance of status of husband and wife, the family members of any party cannot have any right to take recourse of law and hence they will be not in a position to take any legal steps against both of you. But no law can prohibit them from filing false and frivolous cases. For further advice you should prefer paid consultancy.

A.Your question is not clear .Kindly make specific query so that proper advice might be given. So far question of divorce on mutual consent is concerned it must be on free will of the consenting party and without any fear or coercion. Then only the court case grant decree of divorce on mutual consent.

A.Your question is not asked in proper manner? If you asking about the possibility of being threatened then it depends on them whether they want to or not. In case you wanted to ask that is it legal to threaten by the families then the answer is NO. No body can threaten anybody as it is unlawful and criminal act.
