A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether that Family settlement Deed as per the clause specified therein will become effective from the date of registration or after your death. You are entitled to transfer in registered manner your self acquired property to any person of your choice and your children cannot be entitled to prevent you in this regard but if they will come to know of this fact after your death, then they may try to file litigation for its cancellation alleging that your second daughter through undue influence and coercion compelled you for such property transfer.

A.Dear Sir,
Since this property was your self acquired property hence you had all the rights to do anything with that property and by gifting it to your one of the daughters you have done the right thing. In this transaction no other legal heir can challenge it.

A.Dear Client,
do not worry. as you said the property is your self acquired one and you can give the self acquired property to whom ever you wish. so remaining children can not claim it as you have already transferred it to your second daughter.
