Father name in will by mother not matched with my documents Father name in will by mother not matched with my documents

Greeting to all, we are two brothers and living with our mother in the house owned by her, she made a registered will in which she mention that after her death property will be equally divided between me and my brother. My father's name on my mother's aadhar card and pan card is (Sachin Singh ) and the same name is mentioned as father's name in will front of my name and my brother's name.

The problem is Father's name is in my document and my brother's document is Sachin Singh Shekhawat. Is this "surname" creates a problem in the future? if yes then what is the solution.

A.Dear Client,
name can be changes in both the Aadhar and PAN card, so that there will be no problem in future or if your father has ever deposed any affidavit declaring that the Sachin Singh and Sachin Singh Shekawat are same person, then there will be issues.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether your father is alive and whether he had ever sworn any declaratory affidavit where he had deposed that Sachin Singh and Sachin Singh Shekhawat is the same person.
