I was travelling with my staff on my activa with a bundle. An hump came and he fell and sustained a fracture in his leg. Now he have filed a case against me that i was driving rashly. What should i do now? What shall i say in court? Do i need to pay compensation? I do have insurance, lincense.

A.Dear Client,
try to solve this problem out of court as you said that you are travelling with a bundle and another person on activa. try to negotiate the compensation with your staff. whether your are driving rashly or not, it takes so much time if this case goes to court.
