PTCL NOC issued by Asst Commissioner

I am looking for a 1200 sqft plot purchase in a gated community in Narsapura, Bangalore.My developer has provided me a PTCL Noc document issued by Asstt Commissioner but my property lawyer is asking PTCL Noc issued by Tahsildar. Developer is providing clarification that Tahsildar is not authorised now to issue PTCL NOC.

You have to figure out from the DC/Tehsildar office that who actually is empowered to issue the NOC under the PTCL. Once you know this then you can rest assure on this topic. Generally the Asst. Commissioner holds seniority and more power then Tehsildar so, if the AC is issuing the NOC then it must hold good else he would not do so unless he is authorized to do so.
