SAGWAN SOFA SET -SO MANY CRACKES WITHIN 3 MONTHS

I BROUGHT SAGWAN SOFA SET 3 MONTHS BEFORE, NOW IT HAS SO MANY CRACKES, THE SHOP OWER SAID EXCHANGE THE SOFA. NOW SOFA IS FAR AWAY FROM THE SHOP ABOUT 350 Kms. CAN I COMPLAINT HIM TO BRING SOFA FROM OUR HOME AND RETURN NEW sofa TO our HOME? because when i go to exchange sofa ....it will cost double for me . ..instead i brought new one.

You can anytime ask the shop owner to help you in replacing the sofa by sending a new one and picking up the old damage one. Ask him to do so or else intimate him that you may take legal action against him.

you can ask him to bring the new one to your house and take the old one and if the ask you to pay, then you will have to pay the charges for shipment. well, you can negotiate for the charges. if you buy a new one, the money used to buy the old sofa would become waste.
