I am born baby 1970 christen family adopted me after 3years
mother had 2 children born after they lived me alone now property register own children 53 year I am living like salves I can claim my property I am elder son my farther now all my certificate enter my farther name

A.Dear Sir,

Christians also can adopt a child from an orphanage with the permission of the concerned court under the Guardian and Ward Act, 1980. Thus you can prove your adoption and get a share as per your personal law.

A.Dear Client,
Adopted kids have the same inheritance rights as the biological kids and are entitled to a share in their adoptive parents’ property. So if the adoptive parent passes away intestate, the adopted child can stake the same claim to property as the biological child.

If you have been adopted by the family and there are documents to prove that you are the part of the family then you have all the rights in the property and you can claim your rights by sending them a a legal notice and after that by filing a case for partition of property.
