I have submitted my orginal documents to the advocate through SBI erode. Has collected and kept in a separate file. Has he said i will spoke to the Bank manager and call you.. But he is not answering anything. He is postponing my answer each and every day

You do not need a lawyer to get you education loan rather you can directly visit the bank and apply for the loan. You go and directly ask the lawyer to handover the original docs and if he does not then file a police complaint.
