ICICI sending me a credit card statement
Hi, my husband passed away in 2005. After 17 years of his death, ICICI sending me a credit card statement of him for INR 15750 saying I need to settle as am the joint holder of the card. What sould I do now?
A.Dear Client
You need to lodge a complaint with the RBI as well as the banking Ombudsman stating all the facts and send a copy of the same to the bank as well. What they are doing legally appears to be very wrong.

A.Dear Sir,
Just ignore all such notices because money cannot be recovered from anybody after 3 years unless renewed. Not to commit any admission or not give any cheque to them.

A.Dear Client,
since you are the joint holder of the credit card, you will need to pay the credit card statement.
