It all depends upon the bye-laws of your society and if there is no such clause then amend your bye-laws and accordingly open any number of organizations.

yes. you can open organizations under same registered NGO society like institute and coaching center. Condition for incorporation of any NGO is welfare of any area, society etc, etc. There is nothing like private. So, NGO can run a coaching center but not private!!
