BANNED CONTRACTOR PARTICIPATED WITH OTHER CLIENT

Sir,
our firm was banned in NTPC for last 2.5 years of 3years in all. we participated for a tender in MPPWD but did not disclose the fact about our banning in ntpc. we got the work and was successfully executing for last three 3 months, since some anonymous complaint has been made revealing the fact of our banning, we are under notice from PWD for action to be taken. please suggest how to escape this as banning is done by ntpc and we are successfully executing the work of PWD.
please help.

A.Dear client you have to consult with experienced lawyer for filing your application into court.but also you have to provide all facts and evidences that banned is illegal and your interest and intention is fair and good.

A.Under any Govt., Contact it is mandatory to disclose all material facts & demures before the contact & work.Now you have consealed and executing the work,but there is question of payment ,better to consult a professional lawyer from the panel to assit you and help & protect you on all aspects of the isuue in your interest quickly.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir on above your statement . You should disclose before the work. Because it is breach of contract. Breach of trust. Or against the terms and conditions.of the PWD department . But Ur intention are not bad you should prove it
