One of the RBL Credit Card Payment recovery agency called "COLL MAN" Services is torching like calling relatives, nearby village people.. extra, Kindly advice me for what action can i take??

you can ask them to stop calling to relatives and nearby village people as they are having problem with you. even then if they do not listen and continue doing so, then you can file a complaint against them in the local police station.
