Complaint Against NBFC

I have availed of an OD facility from an NBFC from which I did not even utilise a single penny. In fact, six months after sanction, they disbursed the whole amount without any intimation and I returned complete money next day. They also charged me some minimal processing fees each month which was fine. However towards end of tenor they are levying abrupt charges mentioning them as interest on drop line balance which was never agreed. There was an arbitrator involved in between but the case never got resolved. Also this has been lingering for 2 years now and when I tried to lodge with RBI, it says since arbitration was involved, Ombudsman cannot get involved.
Please suggest how to rectify the situation and take action against this NBFC and close the account clean.
You may go to Banking Ombudsman or directly go to High Court and get appropriate directions to the concerned financial institution to close your loan account with retrospective effect.
you can ask for fast track proceedings in your arbitration. you can ask the court to remove the arbitration in your case.
