Notice from Bengaluru Lok Adalat on behalf of BTP Notice from Bengaluru Lok Adalat on behalf of BTP

I got a notice from Bengaluru Lok Adalat about a traffic offense that happened 2 years back. Now I do not know if such a thing has happened because that junction is always with heavy traffic and speeding at that place is really not possible, moreover, they captured this with RLVD which is a red light violation camera but not for speeding. They are also not able to show any evidence (none of the links are working). How to proceed?
