I am working as village revenue officer in tealangana government.as per my job chart iam only working as forwarding/recommending authority for social security schems and various certificate at village level.approving and sanctioning authority is mandal level officer.
If by mistake unqualified person gets any benefit from these social security schems then

1 recommending authority
2 sanctioning authority????
