A.Dear Client,
Persons who are not covered under the scheme of reservation for SCs, STs and OBCs and whose family has gross annual income below Rs 8,00,000 are to be identified as EWSs for benefit of reservation. Income shall also include income from all sources i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession, etc. if your income does not exceeds the limit after getting that property, then you will be eligible to get EWS certificate. if there are no other legal heirs to that property, then it will be transferred to your mother's name and will be considered while checking the eligibility criteria for EWS.
