Sir FIR filed ...my bf keeps relationship foŕ 3 years in the protext of marraige .my divorce also pending but i want to start my new life ..but my bf cheated me and he told everything wrong abt his wife. Fisryly he said he filed divorce case in court but he never did this ..he made another girlfrnd amd made physical relationship in the pritext of marraige .when i informed to his wife all this truth,he came forcefully in my home and physically assaulted me and try to make sexually relation forcefully but i saved my self and create a big drama in my area and shows my somepics to my neighbours.now fIR filed ,161 amd 164 statement given..accused not arrested yet police try to search accused .chargesheet not filed yet.pls help me what should i do?
