My husband has sent a Court summon for divorce on ground of cruelty,Mediation failed due to unavailability either of us.if I will not appear for two three hearing than divorce will be granted to him.

A.dear client if you do not appear before the court then it will be assumed that you have willingly or intentionally avoided to be present before the Court of Law and that you do not have any objection for granting divorce and further more since the meditation has also failed therefore the court may grant divorce and the judgment will be given ex-parte as because you are not available for hearing.

A.If you do not appear and since you have the knowledge of the case the judgement will be provided ex parte (In your absence). The day judgement is pronounced your limitation of time to appeal will start and if you do not appeal within the limitation period (90 days) then you can not do anything.
