Advice on answering to RTI questions on an appointment in college Advice on answering to RTI questions on an appointment in college

In my college(a government aided college in kerala) an appointment was made for the post of Assistant Professor. One person who is not an applicant or applicant's relative has placed a few questions on this appointment through RTI act.The questions are to provide (1)name and addresses of all applicants for the post(2) copies of all filled applications(3)Name and addresses of all selection committe members including subect experts and govt.nominee (4)name and addresses of selected candidates for the post(5) All related govt.orders in this selection process.
What I wish to know are(1) whether I should provide all such details.(2) In my college we have a Public information officer and an Appeal authority for RTI. Is it enough that the answers are given by the Public information officer initially? Please advice

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, you may say that such RTI application will be dealt with Public Information Officer and you may ask that person to approach the office of Public Information Officer of your college.
