Unequal distribution of business share among brothers Unequal distribution of business share among brothers

My father are 7 brothers and 1 sister. Out of which 1 is deceased. So they are 6 brothers (alive) and a sister . All have a common business ( 1 shop ) - this shop is ancestral property . My father is 3rd eldest of 7 brothers .

Case 1 - we have not been given marriage expenses of 2 daughters whereas other brothers' received full expenses.. The marriage expenses of all other brothers children were done by business income but for us the expenses of marriage was beared by us .Elder brother saying to my father that your children are earning and he refused to give equal expenses as he spend in his children marriage .For his children and other brother children all expenses was given equally but for us he is denying giving expenses .

The marriage expenses of each brothers' children were done by business income except ours. Since we were earning my father was told to bear the marriage expenses by his children's earnings. And no equal amount was given to us even after asking multiple times.
How to make us pay equal expenses for marriage as paid by other children in the family and also make him disclose his expenses as well ?

Case 2 - The elder brother is taking most of the share of income which he don’t disclose and give very small amount of share to other brothers .
we do not have any information about the income generated in the shop. All the accounts and income are controlled by just one brother.
How can we make show what is exact income and distribute them equally ?

Case 3 - Elder brother made a house with business income (that is a common source of income) at a land 7yrs ago . At that time he promised that he will help everyone to make their own house but he is denying it now, saying that other land is a disputed property and the papers are missing of that land. But we suspect that the papers are either with him or with one of his trusted brothers. They all have one source of income A kirana merchant shop (in the heart of the city). The income of all the families depends upon the shop.
how can we make him build this house and equally divide the property properly ?

Case 4 - Other properties which where buyed later by common income the eldest brother putted his son name instead of giving equal share to other brothers .
Can we make this to be equally divided to other brothers ?

Case 5 - Few years before some ancestor property was sold and money was not distributed equally . All of them taken by eldest brother .
How can we make pay him equally among all brothers ?

Case 6 - How to take our part in the property in all above mentioned case ?
what should we do to take our part in the property and make him equally divide the property ?

Case 7 - There is no communication about any property buyed from income expenses .
How to find out all expenses and information for same and divide this as well ?

Case 8 - There is a small piece of farmland (1-2 acre) which is in their mother's name. But it's not a primary source of income. It's crop is taken care by. The youngest bother and he never reveals or gives the amount earned by selling the crop (mainly paddy-dhan crop)

Now since our grandfather died the 2nd eldest brother has taken authority to make business related decisions and he got sole authority to keep, spent and distribute the income generated by running the shop.

The dispute started when my sister's marriage has been fixed. He denied to give the marriage expenses to us. Whereas all the marriages in the family including his children's have been done from the shop income.

Below are my case points based on which am looking for consultation from you. So that me and my Father can get our rights.

Please advise what to do in these cases and what action could be taken going forward ? If there are any section that can be implied under these .Please let me know about that as well .
