Noise pollution - I have done a birthday party

I have done a birthday party yesterday at 12 am in my pg. No sound just cake cutting with a 5 min birthday song by 6 of my friends. Manager called me and said that the other pg complained about the noise from the birthday song and police came and collected 10,000 rupees fine. I don't know if the police really even came. Can you please help me?? Is it even possible??

If you have evidence having paid Rs.10,000/- as fine then get issue a legal notice to initiate civil and criminal action if that amount is not returned.
