A. ) If compensation is below market value of the land. then file a writ petition in the high court. Contact Vidhikarya for allotting a local lawyer for legal notice and filing writ petition.

A. ) Yes, you can move the High Court for compensation,better to contact through the panel for a Expert property matter lawyer for all aspects of the issue for obtaining award for Compensation as per the act.

A. ) Dear client if you felt like issued compensation for land is not fair and enough moreover you are still use that land then you need to file writ into HC against the order of acquisition before 2004.kindly go through experienced lawyer for proper resolution.

A. ) If your land has been acquired, you have to make a claim to appropriate authority stating that the compensation is not reasonable and seek enhancement. In fact you can accept the compensation under protest and without prejudice to your claim for enhancement. But you would have to state in writing at the time of receiving.

A. ) You have a right to fair compensation for lands acquired even before 2004 if you have protested about the compensation being inadequate, and if you are still in possession of the land. I have filed a writ last month in HC for quashing the acquisition done in 1986. Issue notice has been ordered on it.
