discrepancy in documents discrepancy in documents

hello...my father's name in 10th n 12th marksheet is wrongly mentioned as - 'yogandra'
while name in graduation certificate and other documents like aadhaar is mentioned correctly as - yogendra'.. my ques is will this hinder my govt job prospects in near future? an affidavit enough at the time of document verification or do i need to get my marksheet corrected ?

A.Dear Sir,
Better correct names in Aadhar card rather than changing the name in 10th and 12th marks card.
