I am working an organisation named FAIRWAYS TOLL AND SECURITY SERVICES PVT LTD (it is a sub contract of client IVRCL LTD). I releive that company from 30.06.2022 and get no objection document from my manager on 01.07.2022.
Now I ready to join another company, the client IVRCL LTD manager objecting my appointment and holding my joining. My appointment, payslip, experience document all are depends on FAIRWAYS TOLL AND SECURITY SERVICES PVT LTD only. At present i am jobless and please give me clear consultation

A.Dear Sir,
You can join the client company at your risk. As IVRCL Ltd is related to your company in which you had worked.
