In a certificate it is written that the residential plot should not be more than 900 sqft. So my question is that if there is a residential plot 800 sqft and commercial plot 1000 sqft then commercial plot will be counted for making ews certificate or not

A.Dear client to be eligible for this reservation, you should not further own a residential flat of equal to or above 1000 sq. ft. In your case, as your father owns a residential flat of more than 1000 sq. ft, you unfortunately cannot claim EWS reservation.
