Buy a bike but owner don't give paper

I buy a bike a person through olx and the buyer said the paper of the bike is in his late father name so he file a affidavit in court and then he will change the paper but he not answering my call now.he give me some paper but some paper is also missing what can i do?
A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that. In this case you can call your seller again. However in this case you acted negligently and in case you can register a complaint against him to your nearest police station.

It is your negligence which made you to accept such sale transaction when documents are not complete. You may lodge a complaint with OLX for not having uploaded the complete documents and also may approach Police who may mediate and may settle your issue.
