Property Claim - father had bought a shop in 1982 Property Claim - father had bought a shop in 1982

My father had bought a shop in 1982. It was registered on my name as well as my brother's name. However, my brother has forcefully taken possession on that shop and claims that I've transferred my share to him, which is not true. He has also stolen the deed from my father, thus I've no documents in favour. Now, my brother is trying to sell that shop without my consent. In such circumstance, can I raise objection and prevent him from selling the property? Will filing a case be fruitful?

A.You have to file a Injunction suit immediately, followed by the partition suit based on the Certified copy of the sale deed bought by your father in the year 1982

A.Dear Sir,
Immediately you can rush to Civil Court and file a suit for injunction and see that no such transaction of sale took place. If such registration is duly registered then get certified copy of such deed which is existing in the joint names in yourself and your brother and produce the same before the Court.
