Mere papa government employee hai ..... Unhone 8th class ki marksheet apne department me jamaa Kiya hai kisi ne unake 5th class ki marksheet k base pr complain kr Diya....5th class ki marksheet ka DOB aur 8th class k DOB dono match nhi kr rha.... School me 5th class jahaa see pass kiye hai wahaa pr record hai lekin 8th class jahaa see pass kiye hai wahaa koi record nhi..... Kya isase papa ki job ja sakati hai...hame Kya karana chahiye

A.ask your papa to get affidavit before the first call JM for correction of DOB

A.Dear client you need to take letter from school and educational officer.and submit it with affidavit to concern authority for declaration.

A.Get a letter from the school mentioning the right date of birth and also mentioning that the wrong one was a mistake by the school administration done while recording it. If the department is not satisfied then get an affidavit for this mentioning what is the right date of the birth. You may also ask the department that if they any procedural way or format for this.

Usually the date of birth mentioned in 10th standard hold good. If any issue arise then ask your father to approach high court and get a stay order on such proposed proceeding and continuation of job.
