Wife tries suicide

We married 10 months ago but we have not been in good relation we always quarrel each other I said her to take divorced but she is not agree and yesterday she tried suicide what should I do..? I also found that she was suffering from depression and used to take treatment for depression. What should I do Sir will I be in a trouble If she do suicide..?

A.Section 309 IPC- Attempt to commit suicide: Whoever attempts to commit suicide and does any act towards the commission of such offence, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine, or with both.

A.See first of all make application to the commissioner of Police of your area. Send a legal notice to the inlaws stating all the problems you are facing and before that try to solve the matter amicably. Try to find put the reason of the fight and try to minimise the worse situation

A.Try to sort out this problem amicably. You are actually facing initial hiccups of married life.once u pass this phase peaceful everything may be fine thereafter. Ur wife actually may not be facing depression but a sense of insecurity. Show her to a doctor before jumping to ur own conclusion that she is suffering from depression.

A.You need advice on family life more that legal. Involve her family and ask them to find out reasons for her depression. Don`t go for divorce just like that. You must also be responsible for quarrels between you as mush as her. Take her family into confidence.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir please go to the nearest police station and register your complaint in general diary. For your safety in future. Wait till completing one year of marriage. Then file divorce petition

A.Lodge a General Diary with the local police station about her condition and mention that she has been suffering from depression and she has tried to commit suicide. Get her checked up with a good psychologist and start the treatment if it is recoverable. If not then you can move the court for divorce on the ground that she is mentally not stable.

A.Dear Sir,
Immediately inform the police and get it on record in the police station future complications. In the meanwhile get issue a legal notice addressed to her care of her parents address and a copy marked to her parents accordingly.
