I lost my bike near by home and filed a case in near by area they have given csr copy on next day but still not received fir copy even Aster 5 months of filing case in this secenario,what is my further steps kindly advice me to get fir from police station

A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that. You have three options if the police refuse to register an FIR. The complainant can approach the SP who will investigate matter and get it registered; file a complaint in the jurisdictional court; approach the Karnataka Lokayukta and file a complaint
