My daughter filed a domestic violence case. The husband wants from wife's employer that how much time wife was logged in computer during her stay at home. Wife works in a private IT company. Will the court allow the plea of the respondents?

My daughter married on 22.04.16 and left the matrimonial house on 25.03.17. She stayed 11 months with her husband. She was at that time in Hyderabad. The case is in Hyderabad lower court. Regards. Plz advice.

It is very sad that the marriage broke so early only in 11 months. Your daughter is young and whole life is before her she has become mentally depressed. All her sweet dreams are broken Tell me what is your future plan for her?

Sir, the marriage did not CLICKED and my daughter left the house with so many humiliation. We are really very puzzled how to combat the situation. The in-laws family , specially husband is very arrogant and revengeful also. They are not coming for any settlement also. He is also charged with 498A, 406 and 420. I seek your advice. But plz tell me how can i pay it fees also.regards.

First of all I wish that u and your daughter should come out from tension and depression. Kindly Trust me. I assure u that I will solve your all problem. I want to see smile on your face and on your daughters' face. Deposit my fees with vidhikarya. They will give u my address. There after send photo copies of all the papers u have. I want to see the papers.first and then proceed.

Need not worry. Deposit my fees with vidhi karya. They will give u my Mob no and address. After that u may talk to me and all the issues will be resolved. I do not want to earn money from u so if u will wish I will come there and assist u on court on very nominal charges. My aim is that I want to see u happy.
