Affect of NRC on Citizenship by Naturalization people

If a Pakistani person adopts Indian citizenship by naturalization, will he have to show any other docs to prove his citizenship? Like if he was in Assam during the NRC trial, will he face problem in proving citizenship or his newly citizenship card is enough?
