CONVERT TNHB COMMUNITY HALL SITE TO RESIDENTIAL IN TAMILNADU.

I purchased a community hall allocated land from the Tamilnadu housing board launched in 1983 and the land was divided among 4 individual parties two of them constructed residential houses
my query is I have one part of the land and I am planning to build the house on the land in the future I will not be in trouble by the government or any other sources
the community hall was converted by panchayat board as residential land 10 years back.
please advise me, sir...
A.Dear client, since the community hall has already been converted into residential area and since one of the part belongs to you. You can obviously convert it into house.
