Paid Maternity Leave for Organization (Employment Agency) with less than 10 employees in India

We are an IT Recruitment company with less than 10 employees. We work at low margins. Are we required by law to offer 6 months of paid maternity leave ? What are the items we are required at minimum to offer ?
A.Dear client, companies with an annual turnover of less than Rs 10 crore must be exempted from the six-month paid maternity leave policy, and instead offer women three months paid leave. Nearly 37% of respondents said it should be 3-month paid leave and 44% said to keep the 6-month paid leave law unchanged
