Time line after payment of compensation for land acquisition

Sir,
Nhai is acquiring our building with compensation. But they told to break our building within 15 days after payment of compensation.
But we required minimum six months to make same building two storied.
Or they can give six months rent with transportation.
Kindly tell what is the law for time required to make a building after payment of compensation by nhai

You have to go to High Court to get a stay and you can bargain time in the High Court and you may get 6 months time and more compensation.
