My father being harassed by tenant
Dear Sir,
My Sr. citizen father is getting harassed by his tenant. He is not paying rent nor vacating. My father has been constantly
asking him to clear the dues and vacate. He lies everyday. Rent agreement is expired as my father did not renew it asking him to leave.
My father had created affidavit where the tenant has signed and also given in written on paper mentioning he will clear the dues and vacate. But he is not doing either.
Please help. Please is Ghaziabad.
A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that. But In this case you can obviously file a case against the tenant and ask him to pay the dues amount.
