My son has made Agreement from 01-08 -22 and gave keys but did not receive deposit or rent till 6th ,hence gave n
letter to vacate the flat next day.Hence he transfed the amount . Now Licensee had given notice dated 1st August that he will vacate flat by 31st Aug. Can we deduct 3 month's rent from deposit

A.Dear client, this totally depends on your rental agreement. You have loom for the term and condition mentioned. However, on moral ground deduction of 3 month rent is not acceptable.
