Marital discord - working professional

I am a working professional and have been in a sexless marriage for last 12 years owing to my husband’s prostrate issue as well as ego . He has never chosen to see a therapist and blames me all the time for his impotency . He calls it psychological impotency coz he was having ED before also right from 2007 and I had ended up having a one night stand in 2010. I accepted it and after much ado he kept me but all the time abused me emotionally and belittled me especially when I expected intimacy . Off lately from past 3 years he had become extremely abusive in behaviour shouting yelling , asking me to contribute on family finances , for my son’s educatuin and generally poking me. He also has a business partner and hangs around with her though just says that they are simply frotnds . He has refused to pay a single penny to my son too who is leaving for masters to Canada. I bhage been looking after my own finances for last several years. From past one and a half year I cracked under pressure of home front and to cope up started sexting some people . That too got caught on June 28 th and he confiscated my phone , is threatening to throw me out and sue me for adultery , has imposed a lot of pressure on me saying it’s such a derogatory act and once the world knows your family will commit suicide and your owners will throw you out of job . He has made me sign the mutual consent divorce petition on the 12 th of July . I don’t want to divorce him and leave him Scott free with all the blame on me . I am living in the same house and paying 50 percent of the expenses. He says I can stay there and keep looking after the family SMC keep paying half PG it. In case he finds a partner I will have to move out and he will give me a a plot . I have spent lack’s of rupees in the house but he refuses to return saying that you paid for the house and lived in it.
I am very bothered and low max I do not know what to do. He and his family permanently talk to me from a moral high ground. What are my chances. What are my rights. What should I do. Please help
