Sharing property - if a plot is owned by 2 persons
1 year ago
Sir, if a plot is owned by 2 persons..75 percent is owned by 1 person and 25 percent is owned by another person..now the one who owns 75 percent share of plot wants to sell it or transfer ownership to someone else for his 75 percent land, can he do that or second owner's consent is required or signature on paper required
A.Dear Client, the owner can share own share of right to any person without the consent of the other owner as the owner of the 75% can share any part of own share of land to anyone. Hope this helps!

A.Yes the said owner can share own share of right to any person without the consent of the other owner as the property is divided in the ratio of 75:25 so the owner of the 75% can share any part of own share of land to anyone.
