Excess fees charged by a coaching institute.
I purchased an online course during independence day offer that was 50%. As per the offer course should have cost me Rs. 7500 but I was charged Rs 15000 which is the original price. As the offer price was not clearly mentioned on the website, I made the payment. After withdrawal of the offer I enquired the coaching institute and they refused to refund the excess money. What should I do?
A.Do you have screenshots and video recordings of the prices when you had purchased, before, and after purchase? If yes, kindly bring that into light and talk tot he management. If not, then you can file a lawsuit against the institution. Thanks
