Advice for Legal Document - My girlfriend broke up Advice for Legal Document - My girlfriend broke up

My girlfriend broke up with me(as she is dating someone else), and we had a promise of staying together and marrying (due to this we advanced physically in our relationship), now I'm afraid in future or at later stage she can misuse cetain things and can put all the blame on me(at worst can file a case) , I wanted to prepare a legal document (mentioning all the things that we have mutually agreed upon) , which kind of document should I prepare that can be done online.

A.Are you talking about misusing your pics for blackmailing you in future? Please mention how and what do you expect to safeguard yourself? If you have already signed any document, the it is already safeguarded. Kindly put the facts and wants in a better manner for us to help you out. Thanks

A.Dear Client
What kind of document do you want to make to safeguard yourself. Whatever you do if she wants to hurt you and harass you then still she can go ahead and do that even in presence of that document wherein she can claim that she was forced to sign it.
I guess you need not worry so much and if signing an agreement will give you some kind of relief then you can make an MoU cum mutual agreement in presence of at least two witnesses.
