Not accepting digital payment

One of the total restaurant with sweets in out place is not accepting payment through debit, credit cards or upi. They accept only through cash. Since country is developing and go towards cashless they are accepting only through cash( maybe because of tax purpose). Can I file case against them?
A.It's as per their own wish, dear client. Hope you understand. There are several such shops who still don't want to go through cashless methods, and its as per their discretion. Hope this helps, Regards.
