Question Regarding deceased Trustee Question Regarding deceased Trustee

My grandfather was a trustee in a trust running a temple. Post his death all the other trustees have appointed his younger brother as a new trustee. This was all done without the consent of the deceased's wife and kids. It was all done secretly. Is there any way we can get a legal aid against this decision because it was all done secretly.
What we wish is to establish my grandmother or my father as a substitute trustee.

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in my humble opinion If an acting trustee dies, the next successor trustee should assume their role.
